Sweet Wormwood

Artemisia annua, commonly known as sweet wormwood, is a versatile plant renowned for its medicinal properties, particularly in Asian medicine. 

It thrives in well-drained soil and requires full sunlight to grow optimally. It’s a hardy annual that can reach heights of up to 1.5 meters and typically blooms in late summer, with small, yellow flowers. The plant prefers a warm, temperate climate but can tolerate a range of conditions. Regular watering promotes healthy growth, but care must be taken to avoid waterlogged soil.
