Woody short-lived perennial with aromatic leaves and pink/ purple flowers loved by pollinators. Thyme has a long history of use in cooking and medicinally. Can grow up to 50cm tall when flowering, but can also be kept lower with harvesting. Prefers sun and well drained soil.
